Antistatic Air Filter Cartridges

Dewdon’s Anti-static air filter cartridge is anti-static aluminum coated treatment, the filter surface covered with a layer of thin aluminum breathable conductive coating to avoid static flash, used for dust explosion-proof condition.

The pleated filter cartridge adopts the continuous long fiber spunbonded polyester filter material as the surface filtration mechanism, and the surface filtration efficiency increases exponentially, and the dust collection efficiency can reach more than 99.9% for the more than 1 micron superfine particles.

It features pleated processing, the effective filtration area can be increased by two to three times, while maintaining quite low running resistance, and the cleaning pressure is very low.
